Return Policy

Exchanges and Returns for General Items
All exchange/return requests must be received within 7 days from the date the product was received. Items must be returned in original packaging and packing material.

Please Note: Only items in new, unused and resalable condition can be returned within 7  days from the date the product was received for a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Please note for refunds, there will be a restocking fee and no refund for shipping charges and insurance charges.

Backorder Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry.  Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
